​Rental Properties

One of the most important aspects of moving to Spain, is finding a suitable rental home in a location that suits your family's needs and preferences.  We can work with you to find the best house for you in the right location in Spain. We have a selection of houses listed on our website that we represent and we can also research and find you a different house. Most of the houses we represent are fully furnished and equipped with linen, kitchen utensils, connected internet and utilities.

There is a lot to take on when arriving in a new city particularly if you need to navigate Spanish bureaucracy. We can assist you with all your needs to ensure your arrival is as smooth as can be.

• Practical set up of bank accounts, mobile phone, internet, car leasing/rental, health care, babysitting,   
• Helping you enroll into different activities and hobbies including language courses, sport activities or clubs,  health activities, dance or yoga classes, horse riding, hiking, skiing, mountain biking or many other hobbies

​Education Packages & School Enrollment

We can assist in enrolling your children in school or daycare as well as researching and enrolling your children into extra curricular activities like sport, music, dancing classes, tutoring, additional language classes and much more. 
There are three types of schools in Spain: private/international, semi-private (concertado) and public. We can help you determine which school option is best for your children and also based on what is your preferred level of Spanish immersion.
